J.A.M. Fund-Raiser Tournament Agreement - Associate agrees to the following:

Associate is responsible for the procurement and payment of all gym fees including but not limited to facility rental, custodial costs, security costs, and any and all other costs that may be associated with the event. Associate is responsible for the procurement and payment of all officiating fees including but not limited to Assignor fees, Ref Fees and Change Fees. Associate is responsible for all the supervision and its costs of the event. Associate is responsible for the advertising of the event including any means the associate deems feasible to attract participants. Associate agrees to provide any and all awards and/or prizes that may be awarded. JAM agrees to provide the following: Tournament advertising through the JAM web-site and other media that JAM provides with the discretion of JAM and its representatives. Tournament scheduling including determination of tournament size and format based upon number of participants and in accordance with associates agreement. Tournament insurance limited to all stipulations that are covered under the JAM insurance agreement. Distribution of Monies Raised: JAM Inc will receive $100 per team – per event. Associate will receive all other monies that may be received through the event including but not limited to: the remainder of the team entry fees, door charges, concession sales, and/or retail sales.
