Terms and Conditions: Trikkes and water do not mix! In the event of bad weather, rescheduling options are available. Trikke Chicago requires a minimum of 24 hours notice before your scheduled rental time. Trikke Chicago also has the right to cancel rentals due to inclement weather. Any rentals that aren't rescheduled prior to the rental time is constituted as taken and is non-refundable. That is, if you schedule a rental and don't show up, there will be no refunds and no rescheduling. Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time. Those persons who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted to participate, a refund will not be issued and no reschedule will be made. All participants must at least 8 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please refer to all FAQ's for further stipulations and recommendations. All participants are required to sign the liability waiver and the agreement to be responsible for any and all damage. We will provide training and practice before you set off.
