Terms and Conditions: Trikkes and water do NOT mix, and in the event of bad weather, rescheduling options are available. Trikke Chicago requires a minimum at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled tour or rental time. Trikke Chicago also has the right to cancel tours or rentals due to severely inclement weather. Any tours or rentals that aren't rescheduled prior to the tour/rental time are constituted as taken and are non-refundable. That is, if you schedule a tour or rental and don't show up, there will be no refunds and no rescheduling. Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour or rental time. Please Note -arriving at your scheduled tour or rental time is considered 15 minutes late. You may not be allowed to go on that tour/rental if prior arrangements for you being late have not been made. Those persons who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted to participate, a refund will not be issued and no reschedule will be made. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. If your group includes children under the age of 18 of which you are not the legal guardian, you MUST arrive with liability waivers with the "If under 18..." line properly pre-signed by a parent or guardian for each of those children. All participants are required to sign the liability waiver and the agreement to be responsible for any and all damage. We will provide training and practice before you set off.
