The City of Harrisburg continues to honor many local and national organizations, events, and individuals for outstanding humanitarian efforts by presenting them with an official proclamation from the Mayor of Harrisburg.
Proclamations are only used for:
All persons requesting proclamations and/or certificates may pick up a form at the reception desk located on the 2nd floor of City Hall in the Mayor’s Office, or fill out the online request form below.
Applications must be completed and submitted 5-7 business days in advance of event.
Upon approval, Proclamations and/or certificates can be picked up on from the Mayor’s Office at City Government during business hours (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Max.10 proclamations are allowed per event.
