GRANT OF LICENSE - This PianoTrax.com License Agreement ('License') permits you to use any downloaded PianoTrax.com piano accompaniments or piano backing tracks with melody acquired with this License for 'personal use' only on any computer or any other type of equipment that can utilize the data.

COPYRIGHT - This License is not an assignment of any rights of the copyright in the work. All copyrights and title associated with the products remains the sole property of PianoTrax.com . The copyright owners of the Music may only grant licenses for broadcast or any other commercial uses. International copyright laws and all other applicable national laws protect these piano tracks, mp3 backing tracks or products.

USAGE - The piano accompaniment, piano accompaniment with melody or other products can be used and adapted for your personal use only. You must not create or allow to be created (by any third party with access) any type of commercial product based upon these products without obtaining the express written permission from PianoTrax.com .

You may not use a sound recording of the products to be used in whole or part on any visual presentation medium including film and/or videotape. Tracks can be used for auditions and if they are posted publicly on social media, please credit PianoTrax.com as providing the piano accompaniment.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the piano tracks or other products.

In no case shall PianoTrax.com site be liable for any damages, including without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury or death, lost profits or damages from data loss or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the PianoTrax.com site or its content, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not PianoTrax.com is given notice of the possibility of such damages.

Pricing - Standard track prices are 3.98 or 5.98 per item. Custom Piano Accompaniments (Special Orders) are higher prices. These items will eventually be listed at the standard prices on the website. This enables us to increase our online library and provide professional recordings of piano accompaniments at affordable and competitive prices.

INDEMNIFICATION - You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, and all our officers, members, managers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the " Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms, including, without limitation, our reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without our written consent.

MODIFICATIONS - We reserve the right to change or modify any provision of these Terms at any time in its sole and exclusive discretion. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you utilize www.paypal.com for payment.

Hard to read, handwritten sheet music or unusually complicated sheet music may have different rates.

The cost for Custom Notation is $20 per page with a 3 page minimum. I charge a deposit of $60 which applies to the order. The remainder will be due when the order is finished, normally 3-5 days.
