RUN your first trail Birling Gap 10km, March 21st
Beautiful trail event taking in the beauty of the South Downs' National Park. We will start a BEGINNERS 10 week Learn to Run 10km trail the second week of January. Book one spot and one friend TOTALLY new to us can join for free. They will need to still book on using a special code. Book the course here
RUN a marathon, Paris, Brighton or London, April
We have already started training for these events so join us now, either at our 17 week Wednesday conditioning classes or our drop in Sunday runs. Even though you may have missed some of the course, you can make up missed sessions at our HIIT conditioning. After mid February, long runs will be FREE community based runs. RUN the beautiful Bluebell 10km or 10mile trail run, 26th April
We do this event EVERY year and it's fantastic training focus for beginners and experienced alike. Friendly, beautiful scenery, this gets your spring running season off to a fantastic start. Our 10 week Learn to Run 10km course will start February 16th. Book a space and you can bring one friend completely new to us for free. They must also book using a coupon. Email the office. Book here
TRY A TRIATHLON Total novices, sprint or Olympic Triathlon, May 31st
Enter as a relay team choosing your best discipline or do the whole event for the first time. We trained 20 first time tri girls for this event last year and all of them LOVED it. Read about the experience here

RUN the South Downs Half Marathon, Saturday 20th June
Run the entire thing or take part in a relay marathon, this annual event is a beauty and will give you a challenging event to keep you focused and leave you feeling inspired and motivated. Plus you can relax at the end with a post race picnic in the spectacular Queen Elizabeth Country Park in Sussex.
RIDE the Rapha 100km or 1066 Sportive, 19th or 26th July
Train with our women's ride community in a six week course to get you to 100km/or 68 miles.
RIDE a single track race at the annual Big Dog MTB race at Stanmer Park, August 16th
Fantastic fun in the single track at the woods at Stanmer Park. It is a challenging event but you can also just go and do one lap to get a feel for it. We took part in this last year and it's really friendly and very good fun. We will have FREE community summer training via our Fitbitch Rides Series. Join here

ULTIMATE CHALLENGE Scotland Run, Bike, Kayak, September 13th
You have nine months to train. It can be done. 'Oh but I don't know what I'll be doing in September?' i hear you say. You do if you sign up to this.
Training will be during camps as well as free community riding, kayaking etc.

An event NOT to be missed whatever your level as a runner. This is a 5k race that marks the beginning of the festive period with your entry including a full Santa outfit. Walk it, run it, push your baby in a buggy and do it. Fantastic fun

A Fitbitch race tradition, this friendly, local but hilly trail run is a must for intermediate runners who have already built their distance. But enter early as it sells out every year.
