2025 Doctoral Summer Housing Form

Doctoral students have the option of on-campus housing for the summer sessions. All doctoral sessions will be housed in Warren Apartments. This is a 2-bed/2-bath apartment with full kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are furnished with beds, desks, and dressers. Please note that linens are not typically provided, so residents will need to bring their own bedding and towels. If you are flying in please let us know and we can make special arrangements for linens.

July 7th Session

Check–in: July 6th, 7pm – 8pm. Please check in at Cole Hall (located at 1701 Warren Avenue, corner of Warren Avenue and Soward Street).

July 14th Session

Check–in: July 13th, 7pm – 8pm. Please check in at Cole Hall (located at 1701 Warren Avenue, corner of Warren Avenue and Soward Street).
