Tokyo International Art Fair Application Form 2015
Application deadline – Monday 20th April 2015.

Please note that the reviewing and selection process takes time. Allow 2-3 days for a response. Note that we handle a cancellation policy, 24hrs free cancellation thereafter 25% of your booking will be invoiced in case of cancellation. Unsuccessful applicants will not be charged.

When your application is successful, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days of acceptance notification. The payment in full is required before Monday 20th April 2015. Payments are non-refundable.

VAT is applicable to UK based businesses at the normal 20% rate. VAT is not applicable to those located outside of the EU. EU businesses will not be charged VAT. For EU/UK non-businesses VAT will apply.
