    Please note: Due to High Demand, we have had to temporarily pause processing referrals from clients in the following Local Authority areas: Exeter, East Devon, South Hams, Teignbridge, and West Devon.  We do not want to put on a pause, and we aspire to review the situation on the 26th of May

    Please continue to submit referrals as normal if the client lives in North Devon, Torridge, or Mid Devon.

    Please note that if you think you will miss a deadline for returning a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) form, you can ring and ask for an extension. There is no formal extension process for Disability Living Allowance (DLA) but you can discuss your claim on the DLA enquiry line.
