How it works the program works:

Home, Hope and Healing Inc. has a referral bonus program that is available to all employees and non-employees who refer a RN, LPN, CNA or PSS that is hired by Home Hope and Healing Inc. and meets these two requirements. 1. Must work for Home Hope and Healing for at least 3 months. 2. Must have a minimum of 100 hours on the job. To be eligible, you must submit this form and the potential employee needs to mention you on their employment application (they will be prompted to mention if someone referred them). You will qualify for the bonus when the employee has met both requirements described above.
