AUTHORIZATION
Ridgedale Church uses only the Bible as its basis for faith and practice. All employees and volunteers are required to believe as such, be active in church, and to live lives pleasing to Christ as our Lord. Ridgedale Church requires that every employee or volunteer be an example of the highest Christian virtue and personal decorum; serving as a role model to all (1 Timothy 4:12) both in and out of work. This includes, but is not limited to refraining from the illegal use of drugs and immoral conduct. A Ridgedale Church employee or volunteer agrees that the Scripture dictates standards of sexual behavior. Any promiscuity or other deviant sexual behavior is forbidden, and such violates the requirement of being a role model. The unique roles of males and females are clearly defined in Scripture (Romans 1:2:24-32) Any such deviation from Scriptural standards is grounds for immediate termination of the employee or dismissal of the volunteer positions.
