Canadian Sponsoring Church Responsibilities
The Canadian Sponsoring Church is to provide funding for student living expenses including housing, books, medical, travel, music/sports fees & equipment and incidental expenses. These costs may be found on the SBC website www.SBCollege.ca/Finance

Another responsibility is to provide emotional support and a home away from college for holidays, long-weekends, break weeks etc…. The student will need a consistent home and family to make them feel at home during their program of studies.

The student may desire to get involved in the church in some meaningful way so it is recommended to discuss these wishes early on in the student's studies.
As the Canadian Sponsoring Church, we commit to provide funding for the student's living expenses including dorm (or on-campus housing), books, medical, travel, music/sports fees & equipment and incidental expenses for the entire duration of the student's studies at SBC (everything except tuition, student service fees and field education fees).*
