Holiday Reservation Policies: If you are making a Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th week, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's (Major Holidays) reservation you must call us for these reservations to be made. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM ONLINE. There is a minimum three day stay for these holidays.

Deposit Details - Please Read

Non-holiday deposits ($45) are not refundable. Should you need to cancel your reservations, the deposit will be retained as a credit on your account for use on any future reservation.

For Major Holidays: These reservations must be made over the phone or in person. The deposit is equal to 50% of the estimated bill and there is a 2 week cancellation policy for these holidays. Cancellation of these holiday reservations within 2 weeks of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit--it will NOT be refunded or credited to your account for a future reservation. Cancellation of these reservations prior to 2 weeks of arrival will result in a refund of your deposit less $50.
